Community investment Board

In addition to the Investment Advisory Board, the BIG Fund structure calls for neighborhood leadership to advise the fund. The Community Investment Board (CIB) is comprised of 11 residents of Birmingham, one from each Council District. The CIB is charged with designing and executing a community engagement strategy.
